Your account will not be approved unless either the banner or popunder code is on your site when we review it.

Free promotional credits are only given to members who place the traffic exchange code on their sites and are new members.

Your account must maintain a click thru ratio of no higher than 300:1 for the banner code that is displayed on your site. Accounts with a click thru ratio higher than 300:1 will be automatically deleted.

We use a 2:1 ratio for both the banner exchange and the popunder exchange. For every two banners or popunders shown on your site, your banner or popunder is shown once on the other member sites.

The banner code must be placed in a good location and not at the very bottom of your pages. Only one banner per page is allowed.

Legal sites only! Sites that contain child porn, beastiality, rape, incest or any other materials deemed illegal are prohibited. We will report all violators to the proper authorities.

Any attempts to defraud the traffic exchange will result in your account being deleted without notice and you being banned from our traffic exchange. The following is not allowed: hit bots, frames that auto-refresh or any other means to artificially inflate exposures/hits.

Only sites in English are allowed to join.

You must load your banner images from your server.
